Paintings
Drawing inspiration from impressionists and post-impressionists and their innovative use of color to depict light, color and strokes have always been a focal point in my paintings. The displayed work showcase the wet-on-wet technique of acrylic paint, merging colors seamlessly with small strokes. The human form is intentionally rendered featureless and sketchy. Sometimes, art is simply about aesthetics, colors, and techniques that intrigue an artist, and blending them together adds a more designed approach towards the higher arts, resulting in a product of that union, without necessarily having a deeper meaning.
